World Church Teams with an international membership are appointed by the First Presidency or World Conference action to address various issues that impact the church and society. Team leaders meet with the Presidency several times during the inter-Conference period to discuss issues under consideration by each team, and ensure alignment on identity, message, and mission. Team reports and recommendations are forward to the Presidency or World Conference for consideration.
